Whilst working on my computer I experienced a power blackout that lasted for a few hours. I have power surge protectors so wasn’t too concerned. I have a Windows 7 operating system. When the power came back on there was an error message with two choices (I still can’t recall what those were). It seems I selected the wrong choice because the computer has reverted to my old Windows XP and all my photos, family tree information, updated/new programs are not on the computer.My internet no longer works because it was dial-up back when I used XP and I have, since installing Windows 7, been using Wif
