Hi.All my start menu shortcuts have disappeared for what must be the third time this year.When I click Start, I see nothing but the default "Productivity" selection.I'd very much appreciate, rather than 5 different kudos-seeking opinions of what MIGHT be wrong, if anyone can tell me what information you need, in order to extract a definitive answer on why this is happening?Failing that, can you tell me how to back up my Start menu shortcuts so that after the next unwanted update, the whole process of getting "MY" computer back is less painful?30 years I've paid the man and persevered.
