Easycap USB drivers not working at Windows 10 - Need Help

I installed driver and software from DVD-ROM, in Device Manager, it shows have 2 devices as follow1. I don't know what is SMS/MMS device2. USB 2.0 Video Capture Controller always not working, I tried many versions drivers from different sources, NONE of them work3. Most strange - the C:\Program Files (x86)\Somagic folder is EMPTY, like I never installed software and driver Any one have experience to solve this problem can share with me ? thank you !!!
