In my pc with WINDOWS10, a message appeared in PC that We can't sign in your account in the open page & I cannot do anything? how can remove it and do

Dear Sir, A message appeared when I open my PC at the Start up that " We can't sign in your account, This problem can often be fixed by signing out of your account and then signing back in. If you don't sign out, now any files you can create or changes you make will be lost"/ sign out /close. This is happened only from yesterday evening. till that entire system worked well. When I open the page after starting up, I saw, a clean work happened in my system,
