my laptop is an acer nitro an515-51 series running windows 10 and it has had no issues connecting to internet until recently.earlier this week it was having issues connecting to internet over WiFi (Ethernet was fine) and i kept getting the error message that my IP address was invalid. after trying several hours' worth of cmd prompt, settings, and control centre fixes that didn't resolve the issue, i unplugged the router and plugged it back in and my laptop was able to connect to the WiFi. problem solved. now however, my laptop is unable to connect to the internet through WiFi or Ethernet. the
