Hello. I apologize right off the bat for my poor level of computer understanding. Here is my issue: I am running Windows 10 and get the following error when I boot up: "The code execution cannot proceed because ffmpeg.dll was not found. reinstalling the program may fix this problem.". Then, i searched and directly installed it from the 1st website i saw(unfortunately). It was a zip file that i opened using Winrar. Once i extracted it, i could not access to the start menu(also, i couldn't shut down my pc), and other icons, also when ever i try to open the contextual menu of the file, my pc
