My Dad gifted me a laptop he is no longer using. He has all his files and said I can delete all of his content off the computer. I'd like to basically start it from scratch. Using his credentials, I set up a new user account for myself and made myself an administrator. I would like to remove his user account, but the delete button is grayed out for his account (it's NOT grayed out for my account...). How can I get rid of his user account and all the associated setups etc. (even when I"m signed into my user account, it's asking me for his Microsoft password etc, populates things with his
