My mouse keeps getting pulled to the top left of my screen and doesn’t let me move it at all.

When I do anything on my desktop or even play a game my cursor goes to the top left and just won’t let me move it. It’s so annoying like I can’t do anything and I don’t wanna reset my pc AT ALL . And yes I’ve tried reinstalling drivers , literally every mouse driver possible and yes I’ve updated everything in my pc from windows to GPU and I even got the new software for my mouse .
