My screen starts to flicker black (sometimes white) and then it goes black. The audio still works and i can only get it to again by turning off the pc

Ok so first let me tell you what i already tried.Refreshing the screen, Doing a virus scan, Reinstalling the display adapters (gtx1650 and Intel R UHD), Factory resetting the computer, Downgrading back to windows 10 form 11. After going to windows 10 the problem only got worst and after I log into my pc 80% of the time the computer screen will flicker and black out right away. Going into safe-mode however seems to fix the problem. I am able to access windows on the pc and i am asking this question on the pc that is having the flickering problem.Also certain actions seem to be more likely to ca
