hello everyone, I have had a problem for a few days, my laptop suffered from a fall and since then the Nvidia gtx 1660 Ti graphics card does not work, my laptop is an Hp Gaming pavilion and I have taken it to technicians but they do not know how to solve it , or if the error is due to the hardware part since it is not the drivers, nor the BIOS, but still recognizes the graphics card on the computer with the error "Windows stopped this device because it reported problems. (Code 43)" and the status is "DN_HAS_PROBLEM" "DN_DISABLEABLE" "DN_NT_ENUMERATOR" "DN_NT_DRIVER" "01802400" If anyone knows
