My precision touchpad on my laptop isn't showing in device manager. Where can I find it?

My precision touchpad's been acting up and I wanted to update the driver. I went to Device Manager and it's disappeared. It's nowhere in the Device Manager, under anything listed, including Mice and other pointing devices. What happened to it and where can I find it? It used to be there.
