Recently I was having some trouble with my laptop so I decided to reinstall windows, and as I don't have a flash drive I did a "reset" from the recovery tab, I chose to keep my files. after the device reset was done and I opened it, I noticed that there is a file titled "windows.old" and that I can't access photos/videos on it or any other drive, whenever I click any photo/video it says "Windows Cannot Access the Specified Device Path or file you may not have Appropriate Permissions" i even tried downloading a video to see if I can open it and the same error popped up, this is really annoying
