Windows 10 photo viewer "Low memory" error keeps coming back after screen colour calibration

Trying to open screenshot images from one of my phones keeps on giving me "Windows Photo Viewer can't display this picture because there might not be enough memory available on your computer. Close some programs that you aren't using or free some hard disk space (if it's almost full), and try again." error. I don't know why only THIS particular phone does this. The solution that works is to change the colour profile to "Agfa: Swop Standard". However, the problem is that the default colour of this laptop is too blue for me.
