How to fix error (0x8000ffff) for 2022-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5019959)

I am trying to update my laptop to this current update, 2022-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5019959) and when I try to update it, it will get to the end and a error code will pop up (0x8000ffff) I have tried to use windows update troubleshoot but it just tells me to restart and nothing changes. Can someone please help
