Update not installing, shows error code 0x800f0989

Hi,From past 3 days i have been trying to update my laptop. While the update downloads completely, it doesn't get installed. It installs only 50-60% and then shows message error 0x800f0989.My laptop has slowed because of this. I had tried to restart the update after clearing up space, but it still didn't load. Infact my laptop had even slowed down more.Kindly help me out.Regards,Divya Jaiswal
