Cannot get Remote Access Connection Manager to start.

Throws the following error when I try to start the service.When I go to Event Viewer, I see the following:"The Remote Access Connection Manager service depends on the Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol Service service which failed to start because of the following error: The operation completed successfully."Any advice would be much appreciated.
