I can't log in with any of the sign-in options, only my MS account password. Then I'm asked to set up a PIN, which replies with "something went wrong"

After I've changed my Microsoft account's old email to my new one a few days ago, all the sign-in options have disappeared from the lock screen, leaving me with my Microsoft account's password as the only option. After I enter it, it then tells me to set up a fingerprint like when I first bought my laptop (which can get set up, but never actually shows up or works) and then a PIN, but when I click set up, it says "Something went wrong", no matter how many times I retry.
