BSOD when stopping debugging in Visual studio

Problem, with latest Windows 10 update - I'm now getting a BSOD Kernel security check failure when I stop debugging in Visual Studio 2019 (I've just applied latest service release and still get the same). How can I roll back Windows updates so I can do some work?
