I have the latest version of windows 10 but when i try to play halo infinite it says i have to update. How can i fix this.

I have the latest version of windows 10. but when i try to play halo infinite it says i have to update to at least windows 10 version 1809. And i am connected directly to the router but it says i have no internet when trying to use the microsoft sotre.
