Old School CD Expert needed! How to read data folder of old 2006 CD-XA MULTI CD Single in Windows 10. Getting no where.

ASUS Vivobook 15Windows 10ASUS SDRW-08D2S-U Lite Slim DVD-RWI have asked this before and no one was able to suggest anything, this has been going on for a month or so now.This needs an old School CD tech expert plus Windows Expert who knows CD intimatly as well as Windows.I have several Music CD's from 2006 that, as well as the music, have user accessable files such as video, image files and small software apps. The data sections can clearly be seen when you hold the CDs under a light and the data section in around mounting hole. I think this means the data is after the last music track?. The
