The bitlocker key of my laptop in not in my acount how can I find it?

My labtop coms with bitlocker error and asked for bitlocker key , I have logged in to my acound and there is not bitlocker key match with the bitlocker I'd, the laptop is 1 years old and has bought from Dell brand new.When I had set up the laptop I did not sign in to any acount, how can find the bitlocker key in this case?
