I can't access my computer pin is not available after an update

I ran an update,my computer restarted and once I wanted to login the message your pin is not available came up I clicked set up a new one which sends me to and error or does nothing! I don't remember my password and it doesn't allow me to reset it either! I'm freaking out because I have important documents in the account I I just don't know what to do!
