Family Safety keeps saying I need to sign accounts in again on all devices in Notifications

I have this annoying issue with Microsoft Family Safety.I have enabled it on my kids accounts and on each device I have signed in with their accounts after doing this when the app prompted me in notifications to sign in again to verify. I have done this on their laptops and the Xbox for each account.however every single time I go into the app, I have the notifications again to sign in again on each of their laptops to verify their account and on the xbox with each of their accounts.
