Description: CPU max speed is restricted to 30% (0.79GHz) Lenovo Legion Y520, Intel Core i5 7300HQWin 10 reset to factory. -Issue not resolved. Clean Win10 install Issue resolved until one ore more win updates are downloaded.Lenovo Vantage hardware scan preformed, - no issues found. Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool release 4.1.7.39, - No issues detected. OS power settings for the CPU OK, (CPU set to maximum performance). OS power management all set to performance. BIOS rugning latest update, reset to factory settings.
