shortcut keys not working while gaming in full screen

shortcut keys not working while gaming in full screen i am using obs for streaming and recording videos before few weeks it was good no problem,but now when i used my shortcut keys to record videos there is no effect while gaming fullscreen, when game was closed or kept in background the shortcut keys work fine
