F11 key activates at random

For whatever reason, my f11 key activates at random, and always whenever I tab into a youtube video, I don't know how, but it's only when I do that, and if you've seen my other question (my fn lock is stuck on) it turns on airplane mode so it disconnects the Bluetooth mouse I'm using and turns off the internet, I don't know how or why it happens, and I didn't do anything to it. I use a HP Pro x360 Fortis 11 inch G10 Notebook PC, with Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise.
