I have a Dell 15 5567 with very good specs, i7, R7 GPU, 16GB, 1TB HDD, FHD touch screen since 2020. In recent months, after several Windows updates and I also installed the latest Dell drivers, the computer starts to develop a BSOD with the error "Video_DXGKRNL_Fatal_Error" and crashes. It used to happen may be once a week but it seems to rear its ugly heads more often than one a week. So I basically reinstalled the GPU driver and DirectX but they are both current.I search the web and this seems to be a common issues with Dell and other laptops. I would like to know if other Dell laptop users
