Will Reinstalling Win 10 32 bit from an Installation Media require a key to activate windows?

My system has Windows 10 64 bit installed. But i want to create an installation media to reinstall the 32 bit version of Windows 10.Will i have to reenter a key to activate windows 10 after the reinstall? I need to downgrade my OEM Win 10 to 32 bit as we run some equipment which is incompatible with 64 bit os.
