As I told, Windows 10 turns on perfectly on second attempt but not at first attempt. every night I always turn off the PC power outlet, then next morning turning on PC power outlet and pressing the power button, PC power led glows and no displays just blank, then force shutdown from PC power button and again pressing power button (second attempt) PC turns on perfectly. so did some search on internet to find solution to this issue and tried to uncheck fast turn off - << it didn't work. also some forum said its because of plugged USB device. so unplugged both TP link USB Bluetooth receive
