Monitoring Server Memory

Hey guys using the performance monitor i can see how much monitor is
available on the server using the available bytes counter but is it also
possible to monitor the memory consumption of the processes running?

You could give Microsoft Process Explorer a try..
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/Utilities/ProcessExplorer.mspx

In Process Explorer you can add various memory columns to see your memory
consumption such as Working Set Size (corresponds to memory usage in task
manager).
