Getting a Task Scheduler task to trigger when audio is played from the computer.

Windows 10 Desktop.I am trying to get Task Scheduler to launch Windows Media Player and play a sound file as a kind of "alarm" whenever a sound plays from another computer connected via VPN. However, I am not nearly smart enough to try to figure that out, so I am settling for getting this task to trigger whenever ANY sound is played at all. I would be disabling this task whenever it's not needed to keep it from triggering all the time when I am using the computer.
