unable to overwrite an .ocx file in a shared folder on windows 200

As above.
I can copy over .ocx's and there is not prob. I can delete then, again no
problem. When I try to overwrite the .ocx with the same file I get 'unable
to write file, make sure it is not already in use' dialog. I have full
permission as the user (hence I can do the first two steps).
Administrator has no problems tho.
What should I do to allow overwriting EXISTING ocx files in a non system
folder (Actually thiws is on a users share on the 'D' drive.

Thanks all, this is proving to be a major headache (I work for a software
develeopers and we cannot update our backups of our files into the common
share folders).

Are the SHARE AND NTFS permissions set in order to allow a user such as
yourself to do this? Your effective permissions are the lowest of the
combined share and NTFS permissions.
