I am trying to delete a file (nvidia driver) from my downloads folder, however it is requesting admin privileges. I am the only account on the PC and I am an admin.I double checked the permissions for the folder and file. Full permissions is set to 'Everyone'.I have tried all options to force delete (admin command prompt) and none worked (all return "Error: access denied").
