I have problems with applications connecting to internet

Recently I started to experience a problem with apps not connecting to internet after a certain amount of time, that my computer has been turned on. After this moment any app that I start will not connect to internet while every one that already is running experience 0 issues. I tried several solutions, that I found online but nothing seems to be working for me.
