When trying to resolve an issue with extracting a zip file, Walter C, the representative, thought that clearing up storage might help. He used quick assist to go into the temporary files storage settings and checked the downloads box without my permission. This deleted all of my 3 years of files in my downloads folder. I tried to look in my recycle bin afterwards and check a backup but no luck. He tried to avoid responsibility when I called him out by transferring me over to another rep.
