I have the same issue as this post: Redirecting I thought I'd try the answer that was on that thread. I did everything and each step said there was nothing wrong. But it still runs scanning and repairing C: on every boot. I also am 100% sure that my computer is shutting down normally, because it doesn't do or say anything different than last week (when it did not do the scanning) and I watch it shut down every single time till it is completely turned off.
