I'm trying to get the on screen keyboard to type in Mandarin. It was working before I reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled Windows 10. If I have the input set to Chinese the on screen keyboard would switch into pinyin but now it doesn't. And yes I added the Chinese language pack and made changes in the language and regions settings. I looked everywhere online but haven't found a solution. One video showed that you can make changes by running intl.cpl but that settings menu has changed and no longer has the language option.
