How do I reconfigure Windows.old files, to make useable again, so I can uninstall the reinstall of the OS?

How do I fix windows.old files for windows 10, it missing D:\Windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srtTrail..txt or BAD System Config Info, I can’t do any advance options without taking me to the blue screen, I had to reinstall windows 10, that’s how I got windows.oldfiles, how I fix the configuration in the old files, so I can roll back out of this new windows 10 install?
