For context, my sister moved out and left me her desktop pc. I found out recently that while i added my account into the pc, i am not an administrator. I found this out because when i attempted to download steam onto my pc, it says user account control “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device”, with my sisters name under it even though her account doesn’t appear on the pc. Not only does it ask for a password though, its her old accounts password and she doesn’t remember it either. What can I do in this situation, or how can i make my account admin instead.
