Windows Phone dialer stopped functioning on my Windows 10 PC After installing a new USB data fax voice modem on my Windows 10 PC (Windows 10 64-bit Home edition),Windows Phone dialer stopped functioning.I can still open it up and get the dial-pad with all the speed dial contacts I hadsaved. But - instead of making a call and taking my attached USB modem "off the hook",a small window appears for a microsecond and then disappers and the call is never made.This is the usual window pop-up that always appears and allows me to click onthe "Talk" or "Hang-up" buttons on the window itself.The mo
