okay, so i got a new computer recently, and my nintendo switch pro controller has been acting weird, it turns off when a program that uses controllers is not on. it turns on when steam is on, citra, dolphin, duckstation, pcsx2 and several others are on, but it wont stay on, i had an issue with ppsspp where it wouldnt turn on at all but i fixed it by launching ppsspp through steam. cemu is having a strange issue, it detects the controller, but the button inputs keep spamming "button 01" so i cant bind any buttons, and the analog sticks are freaking out all over the place so i cant even toggle d
