Is there any way to configure Windows so that when you create a new folder, you can get a separate dialog box that requires confirmation?

When I need to create a new folder, I click or tap on the New Folder icon, then start typing in the name field to replace the name "New Folder" with the name I want. I'm usually competent using a keyboard, but for some reason I almost always goof up when I'm trying to type in the folder name, or just prior to that by inadvertently creating extra folders. I usually end up with at least one extra "New Folder" but today was the worst. I needed to name the folder "Rainbow 2022-11-28", and I ended up with:Rainbow2022-11-22If I could have a separate dialog box appear, and require a confirmation
