How do I remotely sign out as administrator on multiple work computers I foolishly set up using my microsoft account?

I have logged into Microsoft and cannot see any of the PC's as registered devices. I also tried signing out of all devices but it didn't work. I am no longer employed at this workplace and cannot see what is happening on their end; they are requesting my password to change the privileges which I am only hoping to log in remotely to do so if need be. To add urgency to the matter, this workplace has been hit with malware which is all the more reason I don't want to hand out my password.
