I have a flickering screen on my Settings menu - only on this one, no others. I have an admittedly "old" (by today's standards) refurbished tower machine and (equally-old) Dell monitor running Windows 10 (Win11 won't work on this hardware), but everything works fine apart from the display in - as I say - Settings mode. My display adapter is up-to-date, I am using the lowest display refresh rate (60 Hz) and have tried everything (apart from being able to remember if and when a particular app was installed that may be the cause) to troubleshoot/fix the issue but without success. Odd one isn't it
