So I use a program called Net Limiter to block unwanted programs from accessing the internet. And By default I have it to block any newly installed programs trying to access the internet. I have the windows update service ( wuauserv ) to be allowed to access the internet and it shows what you see on the image above but won't download and install. I refuse to disable Net Limiter for I don't need windows 10 to update every time I start the computer or other programs to access the internet so can you tell me which services windows update uses so I can allow them access for when I decide to update
