I was using my PC and then, however, I don't know why the screen suddenly becomes blue and appear saying "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart". It didn't restart automatically, then I press the power button the force shutdown. After sometime, I press it again but nothing appear. My screen is black. The CPU Led is always on. So I googled many methods but they WON'T HELP. I kept pressing the power button but STILL NOTHING APPEAR. The problem is, whatever I press the power button, nothing appear. The screen is still black. I couldn't do anything
