Hello, I have been dealing with this issue for a week now and still haven't found a solution. Every time I open a folder from my file explorer, a new window of quick access appears rather than a window of the folder contents. Same thing happens when I try to open my recycle bin or control panel, it just launches a new file explorer window of quick access. I already tried some administrator commands such as sfc /sccannow as well as DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image / Restorehealth but the issue is still unfixed.
