Why does a folder appear under multiple different headings in Windows 10 file explorer?

Why do certain folders appear numerous times in the file explorer navigation pane? For example:The Pictures folder (located at C:\Users\myshortname\OneDrive) is listed under:(a) OneDrive - Personal(b) My own name (full name), and(c) Libraries\PicturesIs there a way to eliminate the duplication so that the navigation pane is less cluttered?
