Headset LX-3000 sound doesn't work

Dears,I have 2 Windows 10 laptop, and the headset works properly only with one of them. In the other laptop, in the past, sometimes the headset worked, but mostly of times it didn't. Seldom I fix it with a restart of the laptop, but recently this "solution" doesn't work anymore.I've tried the troubleshooting without any results.Microphone seems to work properly.Looking for suggestions,Thanks
