The contents of a OneDrive folder were copied from an older computer to the local drive of a new computer. The files are there, not shortcuts, and have various file sizes like they should but the icon has a grey x in the bottom left of the file icon and when the file is double clicked, this error pops: "The Cloud File Provider is Not Running" yet, OneDrive is running on the current computer. I can't even copy the files from this location to another location on the same hard drive, like to the Documents or Desktop folders or even to the new OneDrive. Any ideas on how to "unlock" these files? (I
